What vishwakarma.ai is

vishwakarma.ai builds and hosts personal advocates — AI assistants that speak for one person, grounded in evidence that person chose to share and reviewed. Each advocate lives on its own web address and answers questions about the person it represents.

Who these terms cover

These terms apply to members (people who sign in to build and manage their own advocate) and to guests (people invited to talk to an advocate with an access code). By signing in, or by using an access code, you agree to them.

Your evidence is a permanent contribution

When you upload recordings, documents or other material, you confirm at the moment of upload that you have the right to share it and that anyone recorded in it agreed to be recorded for this purpose. Everything you upload permanently becomes part of your advocate's evidence — it is woven into how your advocate understands and represents you, and the service is built on that permanence. Upload only what you are comfortable contributing on those terms.

Talking to an advocate

An advocate is an AI. It is not the person, and it can be imperfect, incomplete or wrong — it speaks for someone, grounded in their evidence, but its answers are generated, not written by them. Don't treat an advocate's answers as the person's own words or as professional advice.

Conversations are recorded

Every conversation with an advocate — including guest conversations — is recorded and is visible to the person the advocate represents and to the people who operate the service. Don't share anything in a conversation you wouldn't want them to see.

Access codes are personal

A guest access code is issued to you, for you. Don't pass it on — the person who invited you chose who they wanted to talk to their advocate.

Fair use

Don't attempt to break, probe or overload the service, to access someone else's advocate or data, to misrepresent an advocate's answers as the person's own statements, or to use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend access that abuses the service or the people it represents.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change materially, members are asked to accept the new version at their next sign-in before continuing.
