Privacy policy
What we hold
- Sign-in details — members sign in with Google; we keep the email address and name Google shares with us. We never see your password.
- Your evidence — the recordings, documents and other material a member uploads to build their advocate, and what the service derives from it.
- Conversations — every chat with an advocate, kept as part of the advocate's record. Guest conversations are included.
- Guest emails — a guest's email address is used to send their access code, and (only if the guest asks us to) to tell the member someone wanted to talk while their advocate was offline.
What it's used for
One thing: building, serving and improving the advocate the material belongs to. We don't sell your information, we don't share it for advertising, and there is no tracking or profiling of visitors.
You're talking to an AI
Conversations on this service are with an AI advocate, not with the person it represents. Chats are recorded and visible to that person and to the people who operate the service — this is disclosed on every chat surface, and it is how members hear the questions people bring to their advocate.
Evidence is permanent
Uploaded evidence is a permanent contribution to the advocate it belongs to (see the terms). Chat records are kept for as long as the advocate exists so the member can review them.
Where it lives
The service runs on Google Cloud. Your material is stored there, protected by the same access controls that keep each advocate's world separate from every other.
